  User privilege is designed to allow access at the administrative level. When an organization have multi level users to control the web application and update, it is important to restrict users to access the whole application to keep the information secure and accurate. For example: an education institution has administrative users to manage the admin info in the site as well as teachers to publish lecture sheets. They both have needs to have access to the administrative area of the site. However, the admin not necessary to have access to teacher’s area and the same in reverse, teachers not necessary to have access to administrative information areas. Therefore, the main admin can create administrative account for individuals with access to a specific area only. This will prevent unauthorized access of the website at the administrative level.
